RARE BY NATURE

True rarity is not forced.

Not made from the right formula,

nor optimized for high yield.

It's not even created-

It's born.

Forged by mother nature’s careful hand, our salmon begin at the highest quality; from there it’s our job not to mess it up. We are 540 fishermen united by our desire to keep the delicate ecosystem of Copper River Salmon thriving, and it’s this relationship we’ve formed in the pristine waters where the Gulf of Alaska and Copper River meet that has made us what we are today.

Rich in heart-healthy fats (Omega 3’s), Copper River salmon are not only good tasting but good for you. Copper River king are known for their high oil content, a rich umami flavor, and deep orange flesh.  Copper River sockeye boast a high oil content, a bold salmon flavor and vibrant red flesh.  Similar to the way we conduct our trade, Copper River King and sockeye salmon flavors shine when simply prepared with little intervention.
